I accept payment via Direct Checkout or PayPal. Orders can be cancelled for any reason up until they are shipped; if your order is marked as shipped and you need to cancel, send me a message ASAP as it may have not been dropped off at the post office yet.

Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days via First Class Mail or Priority Mail. You can find the shipping upgrade within the listing if you prefer Priority; U.S. orders over $70 are upgraded to Priority for no extra charge. I package all of your items up together, so you only pay shipping once, with no additional charges for extra items.

If your jewels arrive damaged, or don't arrive at all, please message me ASAP and I will work out an arrangement with you to repair, replace, or issue you a refund for them.

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please message me and I will work with you to issue a refund or come to some compromise. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of international shipping, I am unable to refund international shipping charges.
